I work at the intersection of data, systems, and human behavior—exploring how technology can support better decisions, faster responses, and meaningful organizational change. My research in cybersecurity agility focuses on how organizations can rapidly and effectively respond to cyber incidents. I’m particularly interested in how real-time analytics and adaptive capabilities help teams stay ahead of evolving threats and reduce response time in high-stakes environments.
In business analytics, I study how data-driven approaches can improve strategic decision-making. This includes exploring how analytics can be operationalized through modern data practices like DataOps, and how organizations can integrate these tools into their everyday workflows to become more agile and proactive.
My work in behavioral information systems looks at how digital tools can shape human behavior—whether it’s through training, awareness programs, or policy compliance. I’m interested in how behavioral frameworks can be embedded into system design to encourage secure and responsible technology use.
Finally, my research in digital transformation explores how organizations leverage data to modernize legacy systems and build more adaptive, resilient infrastructures. I examine how digital capabilities evolve in complex environments, and how data can serve as a strategic asset for driving change at scale.
